Quicksent Refund Policy
(1) Quinpay
You have the right to request to refund for order cancellation only if the merchant has not yet accept your order. Other wise you shall understand that is no refunds either in whole or in part will be carry out to you and you considered to surrender the delivery of your cancelled order.
(2) COD (Cash On Delivery)
You have the right to request to cancel your order if a merchant has not accept your Order. Otherwise you shall understand that Quicksent authority stand the right to remove COD option from your list of availability to select COD as your payment method.
Quicksent reserves the right to suspend, terminate or deactivate your Quicksent account if our authority reasonably doubts/suspects/detects deceitful or fraudulent activity be related with your order.
